Our intentional Emotional Repatterning sequence is broken up into 4 distinct units. Each unit is designed to help you focus your introspective work and tools assimilation on one process. Each unit builds cumulatively to facilitate the process of sustainable transformation. 

UNIT 1: DISCOVER
Strategically address childhood emotional responses using a combination of Directed Storytelling and Life Audits. This process is intentionally created to extract important data rather than allow you to sink into your story.
UNIT 2: CONNECT
Evaluate your present environmental stimuli to discern cause and effect relationships. Map trigger cycles, verify source belief patterns and explore emotional addiction cycles.
UNIT 3: REWIRE
Rewire emotional responses and disrupt communication patterns to shift relationships into a state of symbiosis. This unit also teaches students to rewire the confidence cycle. Students will shift from validation seeking and excuses to sustainably self-generated confidence. 
UNIT 4: EXPAND
After graduation, we begin the process of addressing how we perceive the world around us. We dig deep into the macro-level aspects of how we interact with society, media, culture and our view of the world at-large.
